Mary A. Van Kerrebrook has become Of Counsel to Michel & Rogers, PC. Mary brings decades of experience representing Harris County commercial properties in property tax litigation, notably office buildings, apartments, and complex industrial and energy facilities.
One of her proudest professional achievements to date is having represented the taxpayer in Riverway Holdings v. Harris County Appraisal District, the seminal case upholding a summary judgment for a taxpayer on assessed value. A native Houstonian, Mary is a graduate of Northwestern University and SMU Law School.
