Experience

• Jason has 20 years experience in the Property Tax Industry.
• He specializes in multifamily, retail and office income producing properties.
• He has experience working with large developments projecting taxes and working valuation until stabilization.
• Jason has managed accounts for some of the industries largest developers and management companies and understands that property tax is the largest expense for most commercial properties

Organizations

• Jason is a member of IPT where he is working towards his CMI
• He is a active member of TAPTP where he works on the Communications and Education Committees and teaches appraisal for licensing classes

Education

• Jason received his Bachelor’s in Science Degree from Texas A&M University in 1995
• He is a registered Senior Property Tax Consulting with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration

About

Outside of work Jason is involved in several community organizations. He serves as President of his HOA and on the board of Row House Community Development Corporation where is he the former President. He formerly served at Secretary of Artists in Arms which works to build makers spaces and events for veterans.

Jason lives in Houston where he and his wife Sharon have two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys BBQing and woodworking.
